Report a Calculator Problem
If you believe the calculator is producing an unexpected result, please describe the issue clearly.
Where possible, include:
- The name of the calculator or page.
- A general description of the issue.
- The browser and device type.
- The approximate time when the issue occurred.
- The steps that caused the problem.
Privacy reminder: Do not send passwords, payment-card information, identity documents or other unnecessary sensitive information by email.
Calculation Accuracy Questions
We can consider reports about possible calculation or formula issues. However, support cannot replace an official pension authority or determine an individual's legally payable pension.
For official pension amounts, users should rely on applicable government rules, official records, PPO documents and the relevant pension authority.
